LICENSING PROGRAMS

Any licensing deal undertaken is a marriage between the Licensor and Licensee. An important factor which separates R&V from most of the industry is that they remain active participants in the marketing of each licensing agreement as long as the Agreement is in force.

R&V acts as the sounding board for both Licensee and Licensor. They communicate and negotiate for all their clients the best possible agreements.

Before commencing any licensing program, a complete marketing and strategy program is discussed with each client, and parameters are set to begin a licensing program (such as distribution, average royalty rates and categories to license).

This is the approved iconic photograph taken by Paula Barr of the World Trade Center in the 1980’s currently being reproduced on a 100% silk scarf that measures 22 x 72 inches.

Net proceeds from the sale of this scarf support the 9/11 Memorial Museum. With the permission of the State of New Jersey, Paula Barr was able to shoot from an abandoned pier and capture Lady Liberty centered between the Two Towers. "Liberty Between WTC Towers, 1986" was taken on a perfect day recalling life as it was for the vibrant community that welcomed 50,000 workers and 200,000 visitors daily.
